Taylor Workplace Partners
Taylor Workplace Partners, LLC was built to solve a real problem: organizations facing complex people challenges often can't access senior HR expertise at the moment they need it most. Most fractional HR services are too junior, too tactical, or too template-driven to make a meaningful difference.
We offer something different. Taylor Workplace Partners brings executive-level HR leadership to clients who need clear strategy, sound judgment, and someone who understands both the human and the business dimension of every people decision.
With more than twenty years of experience spanning in-house HR leadership, multistate compliance, organizational restructuring, executive coaching, and workforce planning, we work alongside leaders to build workplaces that actually function; ones where people are clear on expectations, leadership operates with confidence, and the organization is protected.
Our practice is based in Texas and serves businesses of all sizes across the United States. We are intentionally boutique: every client relationship receives genuine attention, not an associate learning on your engagement.

Practical wisdom, Executive perspective, Human approach.
B I O G R A P H Y
Cammie Taylor is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and former Chief People Officer with more than 20 years of hands-on HR leadership experience. She founded Taylor Workplace Partners, LLC to provide employers with senior-level HR expertise on a fractional basis, without the overhead of a full-time executive hire.
Her career has been spent inside the employer's seat. As a senior HR executive and CPO across industries ranging from manufacturing and government to direct sales and healthcare technology, Cammie has built HR functions from the ground up, led global teams, navigated complex workforce challenges, and advised executives and governing boards on the full range of people strategy decisions. She brings that operational depth directly to her clients.
Her HR experience spans workforce strategy and organizational design, policy development and employee handbook drafting, HR audit and compliance assessment, FMLA and ADA administration, FLSA and ACA compliance, OFCCP and Affirmative Action Plan administration, executive and workplace investigations, performance management, compensation and total rewards, HR technology and systems, and multi-state and cross-border employment matters. Her work has included building HR infrastructure for high-growth organizations, leading an emergency global RIF across six countries, reducing IRS ACA penalty exposure by more than 90% through direct federal agency negotiation, and serving as the first senior HR hire at multiple organizations.
She is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and serves employers across the United States.
